What is in the High-End Package?
A fully bespoke design, content produced for you rather than supplied by you, custom functionality where it is needed, and priority support after launch. It is the option for businesses where the website is a main sales channel rather than a brochure.
Who is this package for?
Established businesses competing in crowded markets, companies whose website has to do real work — bookings, quoting, member areas, large product ranges — and firms whose brand has to look considered rather than adequate. If a template site would undersell you, this is the level.
How long does it take?
Typically eight to sixteen weeks, and longer if custom functionality is involved. More of that time is discovery and design than in the other packages, because the point of a bespoke build is that the thinking happens before the code.
Do you write the content and provide photographs?
Content production is included at this level, which is the main practical difference from Professional. Professional photography is arranged separately — we will tell you honestly when your existing photos are good enough and when they are letting the design down.
What support do I get after launch?
Priority support, meaning your requests go to the front of the queue rather than into a general list. We also stay available for the settling-in period after launch, when real visitors surface the small things no amount of testing finds.
