Anasory Estates is the practice of Hasti, a realtor whose background is in renovation and construction — she runs building work on her own properties and her clients', and brings that into property management and sales.
The construction knowledge is the entire proposition, and the site is built around it rather than treating it as a footnote. Most agents can show a buyer round a house. An agent who can stand in it and explain what the renovation will actually involve, and what it will actually cost, is answering the question buyers are most afraid of getting wrong.
Property management is given its own space alongside sales, because it is a different client with a different problem — a landlord wanting vacancies filled, tenants screened and leases enforced is not a buyer, and lumping the two together serves neither.
The site is written in terms of what Hasti has actually delivered rather than in the interchangeable language of estate agency, which is what makes a personal practice worth choosing over a franchise.
