Food gifting is a seasonal, impulse-driven, photography-led category, and the store is built for it. Products lead with the images because that is what does the selling; the written description exists to confirm a decision the photograph has already made.

A Toffee of the Month feature gives returning customers a reason to come back rather than buying once and forgetting, and a dedicated gifting route recognises that a large share of orders are being bought for somebody else — a different mindset, needing different prompts, particularly around delivery timing.
